The challenge: Deliver a global CRM programme to establish Simple as skincare experts. 


The idea: Believe in Simple.
We took the challenge from Simple and redefined what a CRM programme is capable of, while demonstrating Simple’s holistic skincare expertise in a fun, relevant and engaging way.


Through the overarching philosophy ‘Believe in Simple’, the My Simple programme delivers monthly editorial content that inspires and informs members on how to get healthier, happier skin through skincare, nutrition, wellbeing and fitness.


By taking the Simple Sense questionnaire members are given a personalised skincare routine that fits around them, not the other way around – including prioritised articles to help them stay on track, daily skincare tips based on the weather, and rewards that make them smile.


The My Simple mobile app takes it to the next level by using lifestyle and environmental data from other apps on your device to deliver personalised skincare advice whenever you need it.
