The challenge: Develop an integrated campaign to reinforce Hozelock’s position as market leaders and drive deeper emotional and social engagement through CRM and digital channels.


The idea: Love your garden
We created a TVC showcasing the innovation and quality of Hozelock’s products, while tapping into the emotional relationship people have with their gardens. The Hozelock Gardening Club - a CRM programme, filled with tools, advice and fellow gardeners – became the communal potting shed of ideas and engagement. We went social with live advice from the Hozelock Head Gardener on Twitter, and real world events like the Hozelock Gardening Parties. And then we put everything at our gardeners’ green-fingertips with the Hozelock Pocket Gardener app, helping gardeners plan, position and care for their gardens on the go.
