The challenge: Create an inspiring CRM programme for DFS that got people to reappraise the brand while revealing its UK heritage, craftsmanship and style. 


The idea: Made for me

We created the pitch-winning idea, â€˜Made for me’, as a highly personalised buying experience for DFS customers. It starts the moment they look for inspiration, guidance and advice online, or sit down in store with a member of the DFS sales team. And it continues right through to when their perfect sofa is delivered and they take a seat on it for the first time.

Online, the personalised magazine-style ‘Made for me’ hub is designed to help you find the sofa that is made for you, your home and your lifestyle through inspiring, practical and entertaining content. We also brought the in store experience online with the DFS 'Lifestylists', and continued the personal touches with tailored emails, mailers and even an innovative sofa ‘footprint’.
